Leica needed to host 85 VIP clients and prospects for a product launch during one of the construction industries largest and busiest events, World of Concrete. The product launch was a hands-on demo and required the full focus of the attendee.
Circle decided to cut through all the clutter and distraction of the Las Vegas Strip and transport the VIP guests 20 mins away to an off-road racing facility. Once onsite at the facility, the VIP’s were greeted by the Leica sales team, accompanied by professional driving coaches. At that time, they were given a personalized team badge, swag bag as well as a gopro memory card. VIP’s would be treated to three different, hands on driving experiences with professional driving coaches guiding them along. The off-road truck, utv excursion in the desert, and then high horsepower drifting on the drifting pad was enough to get everyone excited. Over (75) gopro’s were positioned around the facility as well as in the vehicles. All guests left with personalized videos of their experiences on their own memory cards. The day was topped off with a successful product launch, award ceremony for the day’s competitions and BBQ.
