MGM Entertainment is a legendary brand known worldwide as one of the most respected names in entertainment. The decision was made to extend their footprint into hosting and promoting outdoor festivals. They had only one issue; they didn’t have any festival venues.
Circle was assigned the ambitious task of imagining, and ultimately delivering, a modular event kit able to accommodate the needs of the MGM Festival Village (15 acres) and the MGM Festival Grounds (57 Acres).
The overall scope of services grew to include venue branding, event activation support, and overall venue operations in cooperation with the MGM management team.
Over a span of two years, Circle worked closely with MGM and multiple festival promoters to launch Rte 91, Rock in Rio, the iHeart Radio Daytime Festival, The ACM’s and PBR Rodeo, Red Bull GRC and more.
